Return Policy

General Returns

You may return new, unopened items with the exception of custom items such as alternators and used items sold by MSA Car Audio within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Any additional shipping charges and Insurance coverages are NON REFUNDABLE.All returns will be issued store credit unless otherwise approved by MSA Car Audio.

Return shipping cost and package insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Any new item that has been opened by the customer, regardless, if it has been powered up or turned on or mounted or not, is no longer eligible for return. NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, REGARDLESS OF THE STATUS OF THE ITEM.

Return to sender/refused packages

If any package is refused and/or returned to sender by the customer for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping charges to be deducted from their refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Please note that in situations where we have shipped orders directly to our customers from our suppliers and that delivery is refused and or returned to the supplier, there will be extended wait times on refunds to allow for return processing from the supplier and our company. All shipping charges and package protection charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be requested. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it to be shipped. If an order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, the customer will be responsible for returning the item/s based on all policies listed.

 

Warranty

All products we sell with the exception of used products and Sundown Audio(which has a 2 year warranty) comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. Unless approved through MSA Car Audio all warranty will be handled directly through the manufacturer.
